Under the AI4Globe initiative, Business and Technology University held a session titled “AI x HR: Transforming Human Resource Management.”

The session included two parts.
The first part featured a presentation of BTU research titled “AI’s Impact on the Labor Market”, delivered by Zotne Zhghenti, Associate Professor and Research Consultant at BTU.
The second part continued with a training session on AI x HR: How AI Transforms Talent Management. The training was led by Sulkhan Sakhvadze, Co-founder and CPO of Helio.AI and Employee Engagement Partner at TBC Bank.
