The AI4Globe initiative, launched by Business and Technology University (BTU) as the world’s first international AI literacy project, has officially expanded to the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Through a partnership with Gov Campus, one of the region’s largest organizations dedicated to strengthening government leadership and improving access to knowledge, AI4Globe has begun implementing its educational campaign in Arabic. This includes the translation and dissemination of multimedia learning materials originally developed under AI4Globe, ensuring accessibility for local communities.
In addition, Gov Campus will deliver AI certification courses for key target groups — children and youth, women, and small and medium-sized businesses — further reinforcing AI4Globe’s mission to promote inclusive and ethical AI education worldwide.
This milestone marks a significant step in scaling Georgia’s AI4Globe initiative from a national project to a global movement, now actively engaging learners across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
